The yellow-white-and-blue side are completing their squad. Following the transfer of a new goalkeeper, it is now time to strengthen the defence - in a high-profile move, Bartosz Bereszyński has become a new player of Motor. The 33-year-old defender has four Polish championship titles to his name, but last appeared in the Ekstraklasa in December 2016.
He spent the last decade in Italy, playing for Sampdoria, Napoli, Empoli and Palermo. He also made several dozen appearances for the Polish national team and was part of it at major tournaments: the World Cup in 2018 and 2022, and the European Championship in 2020 and 2024.
"I know the Motor project and I think it is an interesting one. It is now going through a certain revolution, it wants to take a step forward, and I would very much like to help the club with this and pass on my experience and skills, so that the team can achieve higher goals"
