A major reinforcement in the attack for Portowcy. On Tuesday evening, Pogoń announced that Jean-Pierre Nsame has become their new player. The 33-year-old striker has signed a one-year contract with the Szczecin club, with an option to extend it by a further twelve months. He joins the team as a free agent following the expiry of his contract with Legia Warszawa.
The former player of, among others, Swiss side Young Boys Berno, in whose colours he won the Swiss championship six times and claimed the league's top scorer crown three times, spent the last two seasons at the Wojskowi. His record stands at 28 official appearances (all competitions) and 12 goals. The Cameroon international won the Puchar Polski and Superpuchar Polski with Legia.
– I am very excited and happy to be here. I hope to see you at the stadium soon – said Jean-Pierre Nsame, greeting Portowcy's supporters.
