Pogoń's first training session. First time under coach Oscar Garcia

New season - new order at Pogoń Szczecin. Thomas Thomasberg is no longer the coach of the Portowcy, as Oscar Garcia has been announced as the new manager - and it was he who led the team's first training session ahead of the new season. He is a coach with an impressive CV. The former FC Barcelona player began his coaching career working with the youth teams of the "Pride of Catalonia", before going on to manage clubs such as: Brighton & Hove Albion, Watford FC, Red Bull Salzburg, AS Saint-Étienne, Olympiakos SFP, Celta Vigo and Ajax Amsterdam.

He worked at the most decorated club in the Netherlands until the end of last season. Now the 53-year-old Oscar Garcia adds Pogoń Szczecin to his story, signing a contract with the club until 30 June 2029.
